NORMAL SHIPPING
Our shipping costs include the expense of shipping, labour and packaging. Please remember that it costs more then just the price of carriage to dispatch goods. We will aim to ship your item within 5 working days of receiving your cleared payment. We do not use our own courier, so due to any unexpected delays that may arise out of our control, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for these delivery times. Although, we will try our best to keep you informed of any delays if and when they arise. It is not possible to have goods dispatched on the same day, as we require a minimum of 24hrs to get items ready for dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: We can deliver to MAINLAND UK ONLY! Mainland UK does NOT include Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland. If in doubt, please contact us before bidding, so we can check with our courier.

COLLECTING YOUR ITEM
You are welcome to collect your item, to save on postage costs. Our address is given above. We prefer cleared payments before collection (PayPal or cash). We kindly ask all customers to be aware that we offer a collection service only. This meaning that customers are welcome to collect, but will have to wait in our waiting area for their items, as we cannot allow customers into our secure offices. Please complete the checkout first in the normal manner, then you may email us with a suitable day and time that you wish to collect. If bringing cash, then please be aware to include the amount with the VAT!

PLEASE NOTE: We MUST have 24 hours notice, before a collection, to be able to prepare your item.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with the item for whatever reason, you may return it for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase. Refunds are less the cost of delivery and the Ebay listing fee’s. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the item is safely returned to us. If you wish for us to arrange return transport, then this will also be deducted from the final amount.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish for us to refund you via PayPal, then PayPal have the right to deduct the charges from your final amount received. If you are not happy with accepting these charges, then we can post you a cheque.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM
Please check the box for any damage (large tears or flattened corners). Inspect product for any visible signs of damage. If you notice damage or you are unsure, you must sign for as 'damaged' or 'unchecked'. If this is not noted we are not able to claim from the courier company and you, the buyer, have accepted the product

POSTAGE-DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All damages must be reported within 24 hours.

If the package cannot be signed for, it will be held at your local depot for 3 days, and a card will be placed through your door with a telephone number for your local depot, so you can rearrange delivery. After 3 days, the item will be returned to us. All returns to us and re-delivery back to you will incur another postage charge for each way!
